Intervention Radiology is a branch of Radiology specialising in diagnosis and treatment of variety of conditions by performing minimally invasive theraupetic procedures.

In majority of case there is shorter hospital stay, reduced risk of anesthesia and early recovery compared to conventional surgery.

Catheters and guide wires are 1 - 2mm in diameter and are guided through blood vessel to reach any other part of body.

Wide spectrum of conditions could be tackled with various intervention procedures depending upon the type of condition.
